1. What information do we collect?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on our platform, or otherwise when you contact us.

The personal information we collect may include:

  • Names
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Mailing addresses
  • Company names
  • Job titles

We do not process sensitive personal information. All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate. Please notify us of any changes to your personal information.

2. How do we process your information?

We process your information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, improve, and administer our services
  • To communicate with you about your enquiries, demo requests, and onboarding
  • To send you relevant product updates and marketing communications (where you have given consent)
  • To enable security, fraud prevention, and protect the integrity of our platform
  • To comply with our legal obligations
  • To respond to legal requests and prevent harm

3. What legal bases do we rely on to process your information?

If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the legal bases we rely on:

  • Consent — where you have given us explicit permission to process your data for a specific purpose
  • Legitimate interests — where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests and does not override your rights
  • Legal obligations — where processing is required to comply with applicable law
  • Vital interests — where processing is necessary to protect life

If you are located in Canada, we rely on express or implied consent unless an exception applies, such as for fraud investigations, legal proceedings, or business transactions.

4. When and with whom do we share your personal information?

We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Business transfers — during or after merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction
  • Affiliated entities — we may share information with our corporate affiliates under common control
  • Service providers — with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g. email delivery, hosting), subject to appropriate data processing agreements
  • Legal compliance — where disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority

5. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

We may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect and store information about how you interact with our website and platform. This helps us improve user experience and understand how our services are used.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect functionality of our services.

6. Is your information transferred internationally?

Our servers and service providers may be located in countries outside your own, including within the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant authorities.

7. How long do we keep your information?

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, for tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymise it. As a general rule, we retain contact and enquiry data for up to 2 years from the date of last interaction unless legal obligations require otherwise.

8. How do we keep your information safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration, and disclosure. These include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your personal information, the transmission of personal information to and from our platform is at your own risk.

9. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. Our platform is directed exclusively at business operators, investors, and professionals in the iGaming industry. If we learn that personal information from a minor has been collected, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. What are your privacy rights?

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right of access — to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to erasure — to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances
  • Right to restrict processing — to ask us to pause processing of your data
  • Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Right to withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 14. We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

11. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature that you can activate to signal your preference not to be tracked across websites. At this time, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. Accordingly, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. We will update our practices if a standard is adopted in the future.

12. Do UK and EEA residents have specific privacy rights?

If you are a resident of the UK or European Economic Area, you have specific rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR respectively. These are set out in Section 10 above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority:
